The article is devoted to improving the results of surgical treatment of patients with urolithiasis complicated by performing simultaneous laparoscopic operations aimed at eliminating the causes of violation of the passage of urine with simultaneous removal of stones.
Evaluated the capabilities and effectiveness of laparoscopic surgery for various anomalies of the urinary system, combined with urolithiasis. The advantages and disadvantages of this method is based on an analysis of 75 patients treated with abnormalities of the urinary system, which is the cause of stone formation which required the implementation of simultaneous operations of the upper urinary tract. The study demonstrated that laparoscopic endovideosurgery can be actively used in the treatment of patients with various abnormalities of the urinary system complicated urolithiasis as an alternative to open surgery.
Laparoscopic pyelolithotomy shows the ineffectiveness of lithotripsy with kidney stones, ureter with inefficiency or remote contact lithotripsy, as well as contraindications to contact ureterolithotripsy or testimony limiting its application, associated with high risk of complications. Absolute indication for laparoscopic pelviolithotomy is the need to perform simultaneous operations on this kidney, promote the restoration of an adequate passage of urine through the elimination of anatomic obstacles.
