Simultaneous surgical interventions in patients of advanced age with urological complications of genital prolapse
Theaim of the study was to estimate the prevalence of simultaneous surgical interventions for genital prolapse in women. By analyzed data and information sources most often simultaneous interventions include measures aimedatre storing the flow of urine and elimination postrenal factors of chronic renal failure, rarely performed nephrectomy in irreversible changes in the renal parenchyma. The majority of the secases are among the CIS countriesanddevelopingcountries, duetolatedetectiongenitalprolapse, the development of a network of specialized health care institutions and socioeconomic issues. It was shown that a simultaneous use of surgical treatment of genital prolapse, severe, with a landmark, according totestimony, concomitant treatment of urological diseases is pathogenetically directed, appropriate and can be recommended for wide spread use in clinical practice.
