SUMMARY
It was studied a level of proinflammatory cytokines concentration in blood of 120 patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. It was found, that in patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis concentration of interleukin-6, 8 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha in blood was higher, comparing to healthy men. Higher level of proinflammatory cytokines concentration was ascertained in patients with inflammatory chronic pelvic pain syndrome (category IIIA), which indicates on practicability of use of medication with immunomodulating action in treatment of such patients.
