Experience in treating male late on-set hypogonadism

There were examined and treated 30 patients with manifestations of androgen deficiency and erectile dysfunction, with no signs of inflammation. All patients in the combined treatment was prescribed Tribustim production “Novalik Farm” at 350 mg twice daily for two months, followed by a check-up and testing. Patients were divided into four groups according to age: the first group - 30-40 years, 40-50 years, the second group, the third group of 50-60 and the fourth - 60-70 years.

When survey by questionnaire IIEF marked by mild erectile dysfunction (ED) in group 1 and the average degree of ED in the 2-4 group, the average was 17,7±0,93 points. Tribustima positive impact on sexual function of men is also confirmed by the results of biochemical studies of hormonal patients. Thus, it was found that the use of Tribustima contributes to a significant increase in testosterone levels, while increasing the average level of LH and FSH.

Thus, androgen deficiency is detected in men with complaints of worsening of sexual function without them, in different age categories. It is therefore important to pay attention to general practitioners, urologists, and medical specialists of other specialties to the importance of diagnosing preclinical anrogennogo deficit and timely correction of the condition. This will prevent and improve the course and prognosis of diseases, which affect the duration and quality of life of men.
