Choice of treatment tactics in patients with calicies kidney stones

Modern methods of beam research were applied at 310 patients with initial calicies kidney stones to improve the diagnostics and increase the efficiency of treatment. The selektion of pattients with calicolythiasis for extracorporal percussion - wave lytotripsia (EPWL) was realiyed by we of computer tomography with use of 3-D sagital and coronary reconstruction, plyitem «Split-bolus» scaning of on deferredet scans with diuretic stimulation and adeguate measurment of concrement sone density. The high efficiency of EPWL for treatment of patients was confirmed with calicies kidney stones which were fixed to a wall of calicies on type «stlactittes and stalagnites» with high probability of separation and migration was confirrmed at patients of risk group wich contains such professions as sailors, pilots and also at the lines of patiennts with frrly moving concrements in a glean of a cup.
