Characterization of urinary tract infections of pftients with urolithiasis and its combination therapy at the present stage
A comparative characteristic between urinary tract infection in patients with urolithiasis, which was defined in 2004, and typing it in 2014. Of 281 patients (with acute pyelonephritis - 94, with chronic pyelonephritis - 86) gram-positive bacterium sown in the urine of 100 (64,5%) and gram-negative one - 55 people (35,5%). A special feature was that if in 2004 it was 5,6% of bacteria associations that caused pyelonephritis, then such associations was significantly 12% (2014). Under such conditions, especially chronic pyelonephritis treatment is very difficult, however, it found that among the most neglected of antibiotics effective common ampicillin, gentamicin, etc. While using herbal medicine in the treatment of pyelonephritis in combination with a generally recognized method significantly improves the clinical effect. This is confirmed by the fact that 92 patients (37,2%) with repeated bacteriological examination of the growth of the microflora in the urine was found.
