Optimization of the high technological endovіdeosurgical interventions learning process of urologists

Recently, it became necessary to optimize the training of Ukrainian urologists laparoscopic technique in the centers of innovative technologies with the opportunity to pass attestative and simulative trainings. Proposed a project of standardized staged training program of high technological endovideosurgical interventions, which includes the basic, advanced and expert levels. A systematic approach to solve problems related to learning and active introduction of laparoscopic techniques will increase the number of specialists, improve the quality of their preparation, reduce the number of complications and improve the results of laparoscopic interventions.
