Morphofunctional changes of kidney in patients with polytrauma

Morphological study had been done in 30 patients that died due to polytrauma. It was found no any external injuryof kidney in 96-97%, microscopically plasmorragy, hemorragy and tubule destruction, epytalial descuamaton, hialic cylinders. After 3 day - lymphoid-leukocytes infiltrates in kidney parenhyme, after 30 days - collagen tissue around glomerulus and tubules.
