Dynamics of renal fuctional status after operative interventions due to upper urinary tract pathology

In the article the results of analysis of a functional condition of kidneys in 102 patients with low-invasive and open urological operations carried out in connection with pathology of kidneys and the top part of ureter are given. The biggest difference in functional changes was noted in the glomerular filtration rate and blood creatinine level at opened operation compared with low-invasive techniques.
