The state of the urodynamics of lower urinary tract according to uroflowmetry at different periods of the normal pregnancy
Тhirty women of average age 25 years with normal pregnancy and 10 non-pregnant women of the same age werestudied. The studies were conducted using Uroflowmeter “Поток-K”.All patients underwent uroflowmetry by nine parameters using Liverpool nomograms. In the I trimester of pregnancy increases the urine flow acceleration and reduced the waiting time urination were found compared to non-pregnant women of similar age, indicating an increase in sensitivity and overactive bladder. Since the II trimester of pregnancy marked decrease in activity of the urine flow by reducing the urinary flow velocity and increase the time of urination, which creates the danger of urine retention in the urinary tract.Changes micturition in different periods of normal pregnancy is predictive of urological diseases, they must be considered during uroflowmetry of pregnancy complications.
