Score system for assessment of prostate local immune status disorders in frame of the forecast mathematical modelling of chronic abacterial prostatitis
The aim was to explore the diagnostic possibility of using prostate fluid cytokines as possible factors of relapse in patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis. For this purpose 115 patients, with chronic abacterial prostatitis (aged 22 to 66) were examined. Control group 35 healthy men of the same age was also included. On the basis of statistically valid data, a new approach in evaluating the risk of chronic prostatitis relapse at remission was justified, which will allow not only adequately and accurately assess the severity of pathological changes in the local immune status of the prostate, but also to determine the level of risk for various complications, which allow for a timely necessary treatment measures to correct of the damage of the prostate and for individual approach with a pathogenetically substantiated therapy and prevent the appearance of pathological changes at the patients with chronic abacterial prostatitis, associated with disease progression.
