Risk factors and possible development of acute pyelonephritis in patients with urolithiasis having nephrostomy

The work is aimed at designation of possible development of acute pyelonephritis in patients with nephrostomy. Based on the expert assessment of 62 medical reports, were revealed unfavorable factors which were statistically processed and “quantitatively” assessed (in points). The most valuable and influential data were compiled into a prognostic table. There was proved the dependence between the sum of points of signs available in a patient and the character of a diseases course and the result of aid. In accordance with the readings of mathematic analysis, two risk groups were set up which became the instrument for substantiation in coming to a decision in every exact case. The effectiveness of the proposed approach found its acknowledgement in the examination selection out of 20 patients.
