Results of surgical treatment of injuries and strictures of urethra

The paper presents options for the treatment of traumatic injuries of the urethra and the irevolution in the clinic of urology of Donetsk national medical University, named after M. Gorky. The results of treatment for primary closure of the urethral from end-to-end anastomosistothebuccalmucosagraft plastics were shown. Currently a leading role in the surgical treatment of urethral strictures is the internal opticalurethrotomy (34.4% in 2012).
