SUMMARY
The paper presents long-term results of surgical treatment of mehaloureter in 26 patients with neuromuscular ureteral dysplasia aged 15 to 59 years (mean age 27,8 ± 4,3), depending on the stage of disease, comorbidity and other factors. The best results were obtained after removal of pathologically altered part of ureter. Recovery of more than 8 cm ureteral defect and ureterotcystoanastomosis with double antireflux protection is possible by the wide flap of the bladder.
