Orthotopic intestinal reconstruction after ureteroсutaneostomiа

In the article below there are given the results of 18 cases of reconstructive intestinoneocystoplastics after cystectomy with ureterocutaneostomia. The reasons of choosing this tactics as the method of choice for urine derivation were analysed as well as specific preconditions for intestinal reconstruction. There are given the technical features of reconstructive intestinoneocystoplastics and cystectomy as well, considering the possibility of further plastic operation.
