Modern methods of diagnostics and treatment of patients with varicocele

The object of the research was taken 70 patients with varicocele 1-3 degrees who were hospitalized in the Department of urology-2 KZ ”KryvyiRih city clinical hospital №2 DOR”, for the period 2006-2013. All patients were referred for surgical treatment by urologists clinic and after the advisory opinion of the specialist exam. Method surgery the patients were divided into 2 groups, each group 35 patients. The first group included patients who underwent subinguinalmetod by Marmar orGoldstein in combination with use sclerosantin spermatic vein. The second group, patients without sclerosis. When observing patients within 2 years after surgery, it was found that in the second group - 2 patients in a period of 4 to 6 months after surgery there was a relapse of the disease. In the first group was not recurrences.
