Lithotripsy: various types and its indications

In this work, information concerning the methods of crushing urinary stones in our clinic. Raised the question of prioritization methods disaggregation of urinary stones. The work presents two decades of experience of the clinic. Compared two methods - extracorporal shock wave lithotripsy and alternatively contact lithotripsy of urinary stones. Reflected the positive and negative traits of each of the methods. Remote methods of destruction urinary cameos are the first choice. The authors believe that poor ESWL after 1-2 sessions should be transmitted to the contact lithotripsy: transurethral or percutaneos. The work reflected the positive impact of surface active agents on the destruction of urinary stones. Modern techniques in the treatment of urolithiasis can reduce post-operative bed days, hospitalization time and improve the quality of urological care.
