Justify the use of different modes fractionation holding remote radiotherapy for patients with prostate cancer

In this article are presented the stages of training and conduct of external beam radiation therapy with using radiotherapy with intensity modulated dose (IMRT) with different modes of fractionation (classic and middle) for prostate cancer patients, assessed the manifestations of acute and late local toxicity. We have proved what using IMRT techniques with middle mode of fractionation not increase the manifestations acute and late toxicity, and this mode of fractionation reduces the treatment of patients by an average of 15 days.
