Improving the efficiency of simultaneous mechanical endoscopic cystolitotripsy secondary bladder stones in patients with the need to perform a transurethral resection of the prostate gland
The paper presents the comparative results of treatment of 17 patients with secondary bladder stones with a background of benign prostatic hyperplasia, who underwent endoscopic simultaneous mechanical cystolithotripsy using temporary cystostomy trocar using to fix the stones laparoscopic clamp type “Grasper” and transurethral resection of the prostate and 34 patients without the use of laparoscopic clamp type “Grasper” for fixing stones during endoscopic mechanical lithotripsy with transurethral resection of the prostate. We proposed the use of laparoscopic clamp type “Grasper” with mechanical tsistolitotripsii has several advantages, namely: reduced duration of surgery and as a result reduces the amount of related complications. Allows you to cystolitotripsya and transurethral resection of the prostate simultaneous, which increases the radical methods. The presence of temporary cystostomy trocar using laparoscopic clamp type “Grasper” greatly facilitates the surgeon’s work, which should be used for all urologists during the development of techniques of simultaneous endoscopic mechanical lithotripsy endovezical and transurethral resection of the prostate.
