Features of carrying out extrakorporal blast wave lythotripsia aut patients with kidney stouaes of a single and ureterus

This work is devoted to increasing of efficiency of treatment patients with cokrements an of unique kidney and ureteruses by proving the methods of extrakorporal blast wave lythotripsia (EWL). Reserches were carried out to 67 patients with stones an unique kidney and uretherus . Yt was proved, that EWL of renal bowls and pelvicis cocrement at patients with singl kidney must be carryed aut with abligatotory draining with using of internal stent in the top of uric ways. EWL of kidneys or ureteruses stounes at patients with anuria, without previous draining of the upper uric ways is effective at terms of anuria not exceeding 24 hours, bevel of creatininum mustst be higher 400 mkmol/l and zone density of stones up to 1000 ЕN.
