Extracorporeal aneurysms resection of the middle branch of the renal artery with its autovien prosthetics and the subsequent heterotopic transplantation

The clinical case of middle вranch of the renal artery aneurysms is presented Because of the intrarenal location aneurysms and a prospective long ischemia of renal parenchyma the extracorporal resection of the middle branch of the renal artery aneurysms, its autovien prosthetics and heterotopic kidney transplantation has been provided. The surgical intervention performed has allowed with least risk to eliminate threat of a bleeding and to keep viability renal parenchyma.
