A comprehensive clinical and laboratory examination and treatment of 236 patients with excretory-toxic infertility caused by infections of the urogenital tract. The age range of the patients was from 20 to 43 years , disease duration - from 1 to 9 years. The first group comprised the study - 87 (37%) of patients diagnosed with urogenital chlamydiosis. The second group included 53 (22%) patients in whom the disease is the etiologic agent of other pathogenic and pathogenic microorganisms as monoinfection. The third group consisted of 96 patients (41%) diagnosed with mixed infections non-chlamydial etiology caused by two or more pathogenic and opportunistic pathogens.
Examination of patients before therapy showed high urogenital tract infection by various pathogens. Mixed infection most often associated with chlamydia, HPV infection, genital herpes, trichomoniasis and candidiasis. In all three groups were treated with individualized regimens for each individual patient. Conducted a comprehensive treatment promoted marked regression of clinical symptoms of infection of the urogenital tract. In all patients, after the course of combination therapy observed normalization of urethral discharge. Dynamics of the results of microscopic examination was characterized by significant reduction in the number of patients with leukocytosis and with the active selection of microorganisms. After treatment pathogens were not found, the growth of conditionally pathogenic flora was observed in isolated cases.
