The paper reflects the historical ways of solving problems and the development of ways to help. To date, the analysis showed the priority of innovative methods. From our point of view it is an axiom and non-negotiable. The main negative factor of percutaneous intervention is a question of possible bleeding and hemostasis. From our point of view, innovative methods should not lead to conversion. The paper reflects hemostatic methods during percutaneous interventions, at the present stage. This work has shown that the development of innovative treatments requires endurance and patience of surgeons for the introduction of modern methods of treatment, which is the popularization of minimally invasive urology.
