Complex metaphylaxis calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis

In work condacted studying of efficiency complex metaphylaxis calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis in 160 patients. complex metaphylaxis included: vitamin B6, citrate mixture “Urolit U”, phitopreparation “Canephron H” and reinforced water regime. Patients were divided into 2 groups I - core group (110 patients) who received combined therapy, II - control group (50 patients) who did not receive this therapy. In the treatment achieved normalization of the main factors of recurrent stone formation - of oxalic acid, uric acid, reducing hyperoxaluria, hypercalciuria, increased urinary citrate, pH correction urine and increase daily urine output. Complex treatment was well tolerated, reduces recurrent stone since 40-60% to 5-20%, can be used in metafilexis treatment patients with calcium oxalate nephrolithiasis.
