Clinical and economucal background of one-side spinal anestesia in kidney and upper third ureter surgery
SUMMARY
The analysis of the clinical and cost efficiency on application of one-side spinal anesthesia in kidney and upper third ureter surgery is carried out. It is shown the possibility to achievement of onesided blockade, considerably higher efficiency of analgesia and cost saving as compared to endotracheal anesthesia.
