Case of non-hodgkin kidney‘s lymphoma

SUMMARY

Considering the low incidence of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) in general, and with location in kidneys in particular, we should note that the diagnosis of this pathology is rather difficult. In our case we can see unusual for NHL age of the patient (23 y.o., when pathological process usually develops in older age). Such factors as underestimation of patient’s complaints and his medical history (where no trauma was indicated), ultrasonography results, computerized tomography (hepatosplenomegaly, signs of perinephric hematoma - diagnostically similar to NHL), lab results (leukopenia, signs of anemia, increased ESR) didn’t allow to diagnose the disease correctly before the surgery.
