The aim of the study was to determine the frequency and clinical significance of individual stereotypically repetitive urodynamic patterns based on the results of an urodynamic study (US) in patients with idiopathic overactive bladder (IOAB). IOAB was conducted by 137 patients with IOAB (105 - women, 32 - men). It was found that the imperative nature of urination in these patients is due to overactivity and oversensitivity of the bladder (Bl), depending on the severity of the violation integrative function of the lower urinary tract and leads to a decrease in the maximum cystometric volume of Bl in 86,1% of patients, a decrease in the sensitivity threshold of Bl in 70,8% of patients, detrusor overactivity in 35,8% of patients, decrease in Bl compliance in 43,1% of patients, and urethral instability in 24,8% patients. Reduction of ability of Bl to accumulate and retain urine at normal and frequent combination of Bl instability with signs of obstructive urination are the main features of urodynamics disturbances in IOAB patients.
