The article highlights our experience in tubeless percutaneous nephrolitho-tomy (PCNL) for renal calculi. Where, runtime 245 mini-PCNL operation ended with the installation of nephrostomy drainage in 224 (91.4%) cases and 21 (8.6%) cases without installing percutaneous drainage. In the latter cases, the operation was completed installation only antegrade ureteral JJ-stent. Established indications for tubeless PCNL, identified potential patients for these treatment options, and the peculiarities of the implementation tubeless PNL. Ureteral JJ-stents were removed after surgery for 2-7 days (in some cases - on an outpatient). It was noted that the patients in the postoperative period without nephrostomy dranazha half needed for analgesia. The average time patients stay in hospital after tubeless PNL totaled 3.5 days, unlike patients with post-operative percutaneous drainage, where the figure was 7.2 days. The tubeless PNL is a safe options, however, must be performed by an experienced surgeon, in compliance with all the requirements and criteria of percutaneous renal surgery, thereby reducing pain in the early postoperative period and reduce postoperative periods of patients stay in the hospital.
