SUMMARY

Immunohistochemical features of Ubiquitinproteolysis system in testicular tissue of 54 patients with the various forms of male infertility living in "pure" and radio contaminated radionuclides 137Cs regions of Ukraine are studied. It is established that at a long influence of small doses of radionuclides, the deepest disturbance of Ubiquitin-proteolysis system takes place in the endocrinal component of the testis - Leydig cells. In the majority of testicular cells, the increase of the damaged proteins that can strengthen risk of occurrence of mutations at the persons living in radio contaminated radionuclides regions.
