State of the vegetative nervous system in relation to clinical of overactive bladder
The aim of the study was to determine vegetative features of the act of urinating in overactive bladder and explore the possibility of correction adaptive capacity of the bladder, taking into account the background of vegetative regulation. In 78% of patients with cystalgia found decreased activity of segmental mechanisms in the regulation of detrusor tone with compensatory tension suprasegmental level. In 61% of patients with an urgent incontinence increase sympathetic activation has been observed by a slight filling of the bladder. In imperative urination output mechanisms of detrusor tone to activation of the sympathetic segmental level while maintaining the increase suprasegmental sympathetic influences. Moreover, we found that the pathogenic action Sertraline hydrochloride therapy in combination with Gabapentin in treatment of overactive bladder is positive dynamics intensity of vesical symptoms, improvement of efficiency of micturition, indicating that optimize reservoir evacuation function bladder, regulatory effect on detrusor tone and mechanisms of bladder outlet.
