SUMMARY
There was conducted a vascular endothelium functional state research in 84 patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. It was found, that in patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis the level of endothelin-1 in serum was higher than in healthy men. The highest endothelin-1 level was stated in patients with noninflammatory chronic pelvic pain syndrome (category IIIB). So, the received results can testify about development of the endothelial disfunction in patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.
