The article includes literature review and own data about incidence, diagnostics and treatment of such pretumourous prostate diseases as prostate intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) and atypical small acinar proliferation (ASAP). Analysis of PIN and ASAP clinical importance in malignization aspect is made. Much attention is payed on immunohystochemistry method for diagnostic optimization in order to stratificate patients with high malignization risk needing intensive observation and treatment options. The correlation between expression level of p63, Ki67 and AMACR from one side and benign hyperplasia, PIN and adenocarcinoma from the other side is presented in own research. The conclusion is made that improvement of managing patients with pretumourous prostate diseases is correlated with diagnostic and treatment individualization.
