Peculiarities of metabolic status in patiens with infravesical obstruction

In the article the clinical description of 31 patients with the infravezical obstruction of different etiology, under vented a deep investigation in preparation for the surgical treatment presented. A research aim was the determination of the significance of protein sulfhydryl groups changes, functional state of the antioxidant system, and also the activity of detoxication processes in observed patients. Received data, related to the maintenance changes of proteins tiol and disulfide groups in observed patients, glutathione, and also the activity level of glutathione’s enzymes confirmed a presence in observed patients the status of oxidant stress and allowed to expose his important pathogenetic mechanisms. A conclusion about expedience of correction of glutathione status in complex surgical treatment of patients with intravesical obstruction was done.
