Particularities of acute testis pathology in children

Authors accumulated a treatment experience of boys with acute disease of scrotum. During 10 years 1039 patients at age from 1 day to 18 y.o.were treated in Regional clinic children hospital. The children with torsion Morgagni hydatid comprise the most numerical group of patients (750). The late diagnostics and treatment of 138 children with testis torsion, resulted in orchidectomy in 46,9% of these patients.
