Modern principles of diagnostic and treatment of women with urinary incontinence. Some aspects of clasiffication and treatment women with stress urinary incontinence
Algorithm of initial and specialized investigation and treatment of women with urinary incontinence recommended by International Consultation on Incontinence (ICI) and definition of basic types of urinary incontinence recommended by International Continence Society (ICS) were shown in article. Own classification stress urinary incontinence with using clinical severity of disease, prolapse of pelvic organs, urodynamic records and treatment tactic according different types of stress urinary incontinence were given. Basic types of pelvic organs prolapse according classification Baden - Walker (1972) were written. Prolapse of pelvic organs was noted in 38 (14.3%) from 265 patients who were treated in urological department for the last 30 years. Modern methods of surgical treatment of stress urinary incontinence and using unit “Ukrtechmedsling” for performing of transobturator sling which was produced together with “Ukrtechmed” were written. Seven transobturator sling operations were perfomed by using unit “Ukrtechmedsling” without complications in early and late (for 2 years) period.
