Miniinvasiv treatment of multifocal urolithiasis

SUMMARY

The article analyzes the treatment of 612 patients with multifokal extensive urolithiasis who performed 709 minimally invasive and endoscopic methods of treatment. In this case, the patients 52,1% cross-sectional operational benefits in efficiency PCNL 91,2% in the case AURLT - 100%, CULT - 89,6%, ESWL in the kidney - 68,3%, ESWL in the ureter - 43,5%. Presented our approach to the treatment of common urolithiasis with emphasis on the simultaneous treatment options can reduce material costs for treatment, by reducing the average postoperative days - to 12.1 days, with a low level of complications (8,7%), and the effectiveness of the first stages of treatment (up to 82, 1%), and also reduces the emotional and moral burden on the patient.
