Evaluating the effectiveness of therapy in the excretory-toxic infertility, caused by sexually transmitted infections

SUMMARY

Examined and treated 236 patients with excretory- toxic infertility caused by infections of the urogenital tract . The first group comprised the study - 87 (37 %) patients diagnosed with urogenital chlamydiosis. The second group included - 53 (22%) patients in whom the disease is the etiologic agent of other pathogenic and pathogenic microorganisms as monoinfection. The third group consisted of - 96 patients (41 %) diagnosed with mixed infection nehlamidiynoy etiology caused by two or more pathogenic and opportunistic pathogens. Etiologic diagnosis of infectious agents included PCR - screening, ELISA - definition of Chlamydia titers of specific Ig classes M, G, besides cytology and culture methods. Study of seminal fluid produced by the protocol of the World Health Organization «Research of ejaculate and spermatocervix interaction». In all three groups - treatment was carried out by individualized regimens for any particular patient.

Found that changes in the clinical picture of complex courses of treatment were detected fairly quickly. The results showed a high efficiency of the proposed integrated method for treating an infection with antiviral and antibacterial drugs in combination with physiotherapy treatment.
