Dynamics of pathological i vidnovnyh processes kidney i upper urinary tract with experimental obstruktyvniy uropatiyi

SUMMARY

In the experiment, a 54 rabbits complex set of compensatory-adaptive nature of the changes in the microvasculature of the kidneys and urinary tract the development of obstructive uropathy and its reversibility was determined. The role of the proper vascular, intra- and extravascular adaptive and pathologic hemomicrovascular bed rebuilding in the pathogenesis of obstructive uropathy were shown and concretized. A concept of the pathogenesis and reversibility of obstructive uropathy was proposed.
