Disclosure of pathogenesis of acute obstructive spastic stenorenia and motility of the pyelocaliceal system

This article presents a modern view of the pathogenesis of acute obstructive spastic stenorenia-renal colic, urgent decline in renal blood flow-diuresis, which prevents alteration of fornixes, incorporation of urine in sudden urinary tract obstruction. Article also shows dual purpose of pyelocaliceal system: functional adaptation of plasma-blood depuration, ultrafiltrate with transporting of adequately depurated blood, saturated by transit oxygen, from kidney’s venous collector to the overall blood flow and excretion of waste of ultrafiltrate depuration to the urinary act.
