Condition of blood circulation parenchyms of kidneys at patients with proof infringement urodynamics

52 patients with diseases of the top uric ways which were accompanied by to estimate unilateral proof infringement urodynamics are surveyed. A method Doppler to estimate changes of haemodynamics of kidneys in the conditions of proof infringement urodynamic one of them and a condition compensations changes in an opposite kidney. In all cases from broken urodynamics defined proof reduction systole speeds of an arterial stream in arteries of the amazed kidney which was the most expressed in it parenchyms. The obtained data allows to define ways of correction of changes of a blood-groove of kidneys in complex treatment of the given pathology.
