Complex pektinoprophylaxy for prevention of xenobiotic accumu­lation in habitants of technogenic polluted territory

Bio-prophylactive and rehabilitative pro­perties of watermelon natural paste in 23 liquidators of the Chernobyl accident, residents in the city of Dnipropetrovsk studied. We revealed that water­melon natural toothpaste has a positive effect on the body of persons that are subject to combined effects of low doses of radiation and a variety of toxic compounds in intensive industrial zone. Due to the rich content of vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber the content of biotic microelements increases. Heavy metals and radionuclides are derived from the body .
