Comparative estimation of methods transrectal and transperineal biopsy prostate in out patient conditions

The comparative analysis of efficiency and safety transrectal and transperineal multifocal prostate biopsy for morphological diagnostics of a cancer prostate in out-patient conditions is carried out. The given researches have shown almost identical efficiency of these methods in morphological verification of a cancer prostate. The complications arising at use of given methods biopsy of prostate are analysed. Risk of development of considerable complications after transrectal biopsy above, owing to increase in quantity of the infectious-inflammatory complications caused to infect of a postoperative wound by microflora of intestines.
