Analysis of early results of the ureterocalicostomy

The study presents the early results ureterocalicostomy at 12 patients with urolithiasis and complex pathology UPJ. Ureterocalicostomy provides good functional results in most patients. We believe that ureterocalicostomy is the operation of choice in the «intrarenal» hydronephrosis or recurrence of stones in patients with intrarenal pelvis.
