The doctors of various specialties always concentrate their attention on the patients with the single kidney. Development of pathology that causes the loss of the kidney is not excluded in the remain single kidney and it’s risk is increased. After the nephrectomy, the kidney is run the danger of getting the urolithiasis, and it is not depends on the cause of kidney removal. After getting the results, the further study requires the functional condition of the single kidney prognosis and the necessity of supplementary methods of examination adoption.
