SUMMARY
14 appendix testis of patients with hydrocele and 14 appendix testis of adult male from control group were investigated. It was found that hydatid size of the patients with hydrocele was in average of
1.7 times bigger then in the control group. Appendix testis have abundant blood supply, mullerian-type structure and deep invaginations filled with abundant eosinophilic masses adjacent to the lining of their epithelium. Active productive state of the epithelium may be related to the accumulation of fluid between the sheets of testis hydropic serous membrane.
