Recurrent sex-induced dysuria in young women - surgical dilemma

The article presents the results of examination and treatment of 175 patients of reproductive age with recurrent sex-induced dysuria. On the basis of morphometric comparison with 512 healthy women variations of the topology external opening of the urethra were studied. The efficiency of a phased application of behavioral therapy and surgical treatment in preventing recurrence of the disease has been proved.
