Percutaneous nephroscope, its capabilities, effects and remedies

SUMMARY

With the improvement of ultrasound equipment, new features, X-ray television, endoscopes and video tracking systems - allowing minimally invasive surgery in urology, significantly displace traditional operational types of diagnosis and treatment. Modern urology has a new specialty - diapevtic that in our clinic started to implement in 1994. In 2006 initiated the formation of the "modular" operating system, which would comply with any minimally invasive interventions in the urinary organs, through natural and puncture accesses. Our clinic had the opportunity to share their pictures on diapevtic in urology. We have presented the material, when this method is set to "stream". We have tried to reflect that a minimum set of equipment that allow to implement this method of treatment for our patients. In its recommendations, we proceeded from the fact that this method of treatment is quite expensive and energy-intensive, but nevertheless it is the most progressive. Our work and foreign publications indicate the priority of contact methods disaggregation of urinary calculi, relatively remote method. Our experience is presented - for the period (last) six years, and minimally invasive surgery performed in 4364 patients. In this paper reflects the problems that we faced during the development of this technique. During this time we worked the indications and contraindications to perform minimally invasive surgery in our clinic, percutaneous way. The paper reflects the performance technique nefroscopic percutaneous interventions. Reflected the possible complications and how to deal with them. In conclusion, the authors offer their vision of the issue of the formation of centers of dialectical one ways to treat patients with diseases of the urinary organs in Ukraine.
