Laparoscopic pyeloplasty

The paper presents the experience of the urology department of faculty internships and postgraduate education Donetsk National Medical University -laparoscopic pyeloplasty in 36 patients (group 1). It was given to compare the results of an «open» surgery in 29 patients (group 2). A result, of comparative assessment demonstrates the advantage of laparoscopic correction of stenosis pyeloureteral segment.
