Hemomicrocirculatory bed status of the parietal sheet of the tunica vaginalis testis with hydrocele by electron microscopy

SUMMARY

The research of 8 patients with hydrocele by term 1-4 years was held to study the ultrastructural changes in the hemomicrocirculatory bed of the parietal sheet of the tunica vaginalis testis submezothelial layer. Expanding or narrowing of hemokapillars, adaptation changes of the hemomicrocirculatory bed endothelial cells that expressed in transendothelial active transport of substances are observed with hydrocele for a period of 1-2 years. The fibrosis of the parietal sheet of the tunica vaginalis testis submezotelial layer with the increase of edema, hemostasis, destructive changes of endothelial cells, violation of intercellular contacts which leads to disruption of flow of the fluid from hydrocele sac in the submezotelial layer vessels are observed with hydrocele for a period of 3-4 years.
