SUMMARY

The aim of the study was to determine the status of urodynamics of the lower urinary tract and the bioelectric activity of the pelvic floor muscle in women suffering from urinary incontinence during intercourse. The study involved 53 women who were divided into observation group 1 group consisted of 29 women with complaints of loss of urine during penetration, 2 group - 18 women complaining of loss of urine during orgasm and 3group - 6 women lose urine in both cases. It was found that 40% of patients, the results of complex urodynamic studies, any abnormalities in the functional state of the lower urinary tract, or the interaction of the functioning of the bladder and urethra to detect failed. However, upon presentation of provocative tests found that the leading mechanism of loss of urine with a penetration of 72% of the cases is a violation of the anti-stress protection mechanisms of transmission of abdominal pressure. Among women who lose urine during orgasm in 39% of cases have been identified signs of detrusor overactivity. Furthermore, orgasm as psycho-emotional complex process, some patients can lead to activation of micturition center, which provides a sharp transition from the lower urinary tract accumulation phase urine emptying.
